1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of gogcministries.org and all related online tools, features, and services provided by Grace Of God Christian Ministries ("GOGCM," "the Ministry," "we," "us," or "our") (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Use of the Ministry Website

The Services are provided to support the ministry, worship, discipleship, outreach, and community life of Grace Of God Christian Ministries. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and with the Christian values of the Ministry.

3. Ministry and Religious Content

Content offered through the Services — including sermons, teachings, articles, videos, livestreams, prayer resources, and study materials — reflects the doctrinal convictions and pastoral perspective of Grace Of God Christian Ministries. It is provided for spiritual edification and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other advice.

4. User Accounts and Account Security

Certain features require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information, to keep your login credentials confidential, and to be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or any other suspected breach of security. We may suspend, disable, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Ministry or its members.

5. Prayer Requests and Submitted Information

Prayer requests you submit are handled with pastoral care and shared only with those directly involved in prayer ministry unless you clearly indicate that a request may be shared publicly. Please do not include information you do not want shared with our prayer team. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the content you submit.

6. Online Giving and Donations

All gifts made through the Services are voluntary and are intended to support the mission, programs, and operations of Grace Of God Christian Ministries. Except where required by law or in the case of clear processing error, donations are non-refundable. You are responsible for the accuracy of any donation information you provide, including amounts, designations, and recurring giving instructions.

7. Donation Processing and Third-Party Payment Processors

Online donations are processed by third-party payment processors. Your payment information is provided directly to those processors and is handled subject to their terms and privacy policies. Grace Of God Christian Ministries is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or availability of any third-party payment processor.

8. Events and Registrations

The Services may allow you to register for ministry events. Registration information is collected and used to administer the event, communicate updates, and maintain accurate records. Event participation may be subject to additional guidelines communicated at the time of registration.

9. Livestreams, Sermons, Recordings, and Ministry Media

Worship services, teachings, prayer gatherings, and other events may be livestreamed and recorded, and portions may be archived, edited, and republished as part of the Ministry's ongoing work. By participating in person, online, or by submitting content, you acknowledge that your image, voice, chat messages, or other contributions may be captured and may be shared through ministry channels.

10. User-Submitted Content and Media Uploads

When you submit or upload content — including messages, prayer requests, testimonies, comments, photos, audio, or video ("User Content") — you represent that (a) you own or have the rights necessary to submit the User Content and grant the license below, (b) the User Content does not violate any law or the rights of any third party, and (c) the User Content is truthful and not misleading.

You grant Grace Of God Christian Ministries a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, edit, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Services and the Ministry's mission. You may request removal of User Content you submitted by contacting us; some copies may remain in backups, archives, or previously distributed materials.

11. Appropriate and Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Harass, threaten, defame, impersonate, or harm any person;
• Post content that is unlawful, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate for a Christian ministry setting;
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person;
• Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, accounts, systems, or data;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place unreasonable load on the Services or their infrastructure;
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Services other than as expressly permitted;
• Use the Services to solicit funds or promote products or organizations without our written permission; or
• Use the Services in a way that misrepresents your affiliation with Grace Of God Christian Ministries.

12. Intellectual Property and Ministry-Owned Content

All original content made available through the Services — including sermons, livestreams, recordings, teachings, articles, graphics, artwork, logos, photographs, videos, audio, software, and design elements — is the property of Grace Of God Christian Ministries or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Ministry content, sermons, livestreams, graphics, videos, recordings, and other original materials may not be reproduced, redistributed, sold, sublicensed, monetized, or used for any commercial purpose without prior written authorization from Grace Of God Christian Ministries. You may view, download where expressly enabled, and share links to content for personal, non-commercial, edifying use, provided you do not modify the content or remove any credits or notices.

13. Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Services integrate with and rely on third-party platforms and providers, including Facebook / Meta, Google, YouTube, livestreaming and real-time media platforms, payment processors, hosting and database providers, email delivery services, and analytics tools. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Grace Of God Christian Ministries does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third parties.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites and resources that are not owned or controlled by Grace Of God Christian Ministries. We provide these links for convenience only and do not endorse or assume responsibility for their content, policies, or practices.

15. Website Availability and Technical Interruptions

We strive to keep the Services available, but we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free. Access may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, upstream provider issues, or events beyond our reasonable control. Features and content may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

GRACE OF GOD CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRACE OF GOD CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES AND ITS OFFICERS, ELDERS, PASTORS, STAFF, VOLUNTEERS, MEMBERS, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Grace Of God Christian Ministries and its officers, elders, pastors, staff, volunteers, members, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or the rights of a third party.

19. Suspension or Termination of Access

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or created risk for the Ministry or its members. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections intended to survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Grace Of God Christian Ministries is organized and operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services, except where prohibited by applicable law.
